Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and everything was very fresh. Bed was equal to the best I’ve slept in in Thailand. Bed linen was clean and new. Lots of power points, including on both sides of the bed . Room lighting was much better than many hotels. Housekeeping staff were lovely, efficient and helpful. One thing was particularly helpful and the first time I’ve seen it: the personal safe was at waist height and opened from the top. No more crawling around at floor level trying to read the numbers in semi darkness. A small thing, but enormously useful ! Water pressure was great and shower could be either hand-held or rain shower. Towels were lovely. Couldn’t hear any external noise when in the Room (1014). Every staff member I interacted with was a joy to deal with. Hotel location was magic for everything ,but especially for food options.

Great hotel facilities with an amazing pool. Breakfast was great & the room was very nice. The bed was the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. Must have been 8ft wide!

My Stay at Aira hotel was amazing. It was my first time in this hotel. The Staff Specially Ton was very helpful, he helped me beyond my expectation. Hibab and the staff at Executive Lounge including Nana, Chol, Sum-o and Cherry were extremely helpful. I got room upgrade with the help of Zaza at the front desk..

Great location. Awesome corner room with Jacuzzi. Although the jacuzzi didn’t work I didn’t bother reporting it. Great for a bath though.

First of all, we had a very warm welcome from the staffs. They were kind and accommodating. We had complimentary drink and snacks. We booked the room with Jacuzzi Corner and Club Lounge Access, and honestly I am not at all disappointed. The bed was the most comfy bed ever (had the best sleep and actually wasn't able to hear any noises outside even though it's a party area) and the room was spacious. We had all the necessities needed including bath bombs, if there is anything else you need you can always call the reception and they will be happy to accommodate you. The pool's size was decent, thought it would be bigger but still had a great time and it's clean. Happy hour between 5-7pm, good times. And we get 10% off on food and drinks at the property Near Nana BTS Station. There is also Starbucks near the hotel - if you love Starbucks.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in slightly earlier due to availability of the room.

I really appreciated the kind happy way the staff showed towards me. Extremely helpful, and very polite, and made me feel at ease. I will use this hotel from now on when I visit Bangkok .

Smooth checking in after showing Booking.com reservation. Well appointed double room on higher floor. Excellent cleanliness and everything worked. Well stocked mini bar, ironing board, steam iron, electric kettle with tea- coffee. Excellent air con, fresh sheets, towels changed daily at your convenience. Cheerful staff. Good menu for room service. Restaurant doubles as breakfast room with a huge choice of hot and cold food including eggs to order. The reception staff Khaled, Thip and concierge crew Mr Dang, John and Big plus head concierg e Mr Tawan were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooftop club Pastel was worth the visit, the manager Richard arranged a cake at short notice and sang to my wife!! A complimentary cake and balloons were provided by the housekeeping staff!! We ate at the restaurant too, good continental and Thai food served by Som, Pie and Com. We will return in future!!
